Starting Tai Chi classes at Shaolin Center of Seattle was one of the best decisions I ever made. Master Sarah is very knowledgeable. The material can be as intense and as challenging as you want/need... it to be, which allows people from all walks of life to give it a shot. I personally herniated a disk in my lower back, which made me re-think my back and routines. I started Tai Chi at the recommendation of a doctor, and it literally helped me walk right and be flexible again. I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with an injury or a disability. There is lots of material to keep you continually... engaged and drive you to improve. One of the best decisions we've ever made - we are both a lot more active and confident now, and still improving.
